Always a good time with all rides welcome, the RVUMC Annual Car Show, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, at Rondout Valley United Methodist Church, 25 Schoonmaker Lane, Stone Ridge. Enjoy all the awards, door prizes for entrants, silent auction featuring local businesses, MusicFusion with DJ Brian, refreshments available, and free water all day. This year marks the club's 70th anniversary, says the Road Knights Auto Club. The event will feature a variety of classic, restored, and customized cars, with special surprises planned to celebrate the anniversary, according to the Road Knights Auto Club.
The show will include a "Let It Shine Sunday Market" and will offer food, beverages, and music, according to Peekskill Herald. The Road Knights are also planning to have their dragster on display, which is on loan from the Don Garlits Museum in Ocala, Florida, according to the Road Knights Auto Club.

Join more than 100 British car owners for a smashing display of classic, quirky, and lovable British classics, right in the heart of Woodstock, New York and the Catskill Mountains. Cars will enter the field starting at 8:30 am, and the fun goes on all day. Around 2 pm, we’ll present awards, including People’s Choice and the Longest Distance Traveled.

DIRECTIONS
From the South: NYS Thruway North to Exit 19 (Kingston). Follow Route 28 west (Speed Trap – stay under 50 mph) towards Pine Hill for eight miles to Route 375 . Right turn on 375 and follow for three miles to the end and intersection with Route 212. Turn left and the Playhouse will be on your right.
From the North: NYS Thruway South to Exit 20 (Saugerties). After the toll, turn left onto Route 32. Take to traffic light and turn right onto Route 212. Stay on Route 212 for approximately 9 miles to Woodstock. The Playhouse will be on the right just after the junction with Route 375.
From the West: Route 28 East to Route 375 (in West Hurley). Left turn and follow for three miles to the end and intersection with Route 212. Turn left and the Playhouse will be on your right.
From the East: Route 28 West to Route 375. Follow as above.
